• Reference Questions. USD students studying at a distance can get research questions answered by USD librarians--by e-mail, telephone, fax, or U.S. mail.
• Searching PALS to Locate Materials. This set of instructions on using PALS for research is clear and easy to follow.

Word Processing Instructions--setting up your paper.
Although these instructions are designed for the Mac lab in Arts and Sci., room 14, at USD, you may be able to adapt them for your use. USD students can use this lab Monday through Thursday from approx. 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
