Advanced Composition Using Macintosh Computers,

Welcome to Advanced Composition Using Macintosh Computers, a course which satisfies the advanced writing requirement in the core curriculum at The University of South Dakota. The course is a writing workshop where most of our work is on-line. To take the course, you need to have already completed English 101, Freshman Composition, and English 210, Introduction to Literature. You don't need prior experience with Macintosh computers, just interest in learning with them.
The class meets in the Arts & Sciences Building, Room 22 "The Mac Classroom/lab." The instructor is Dr. Nancy Zuercher who can be reached through e-mail at
nzuerchr@usd.edu or by phone, (605) 677-5229. Her office is 230 Dakota Hall, and her office hours are 9-10 a.m. MWF in the Maclab, 12-1 MWF in Dakota 230, and by appointment.
Calendar is a daily schedule of class activities and due dates for the entire semester.
Major Projects provides descriptions of the discourse community paper, research paper, abstract, and web assignment.
