Studies both theory and practice. Topics include audit planning, internal control, audit procedures, audit reports and opinions, materiality, audit risk, evidential matter, as required by Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). Course Prerequisites: ACCT 311 or consent of instructor, ACCT 360.
